Spring is in full bloom at the Museum. New butterflies emerge in the Butterfly Garden every day, and we are gearing up for Baseball as America, opening June 15. In this issue, we invite teachers to sign up for September Sundays, the program replacing our annual Educators Open House.

September 14, 21, and 28, 12:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Teachers and up to three guests are invited to join us for a free day of fun, exploration, and learning about our newest programs for students and educators. Admission to Exhibit Halls, Omni shows, the Planetarium, and other ticketed venues are complimentary for teachers and their guests. Parking is also free. Some restrictions apply.

Do you have a favorite baseball memory? Upload photos and videos to our website, and check out stories from Ted Kennedy, Johnny Pesky, Ken Burns, and others. Then, watch your media in the new Baseball in America exhibit, opening June 15.

Double Exposure: Photographing Global Climate Change
For middle and high school students

View 14 pairs of images, each comparing a photograph taken 70 years ago by Museum founder Brad Washburn to one taken recently by environmental photojournalist David Arnold. Then, see the Omni film, Grand Canyon Adventure: River at Risk, followed by a special school group presentation on climate change in the Gordon Current Science & Technology Center.
